2 cups of yogurt
6 cups of warm water
2 tbsp flour
½ tbsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
½ tbsp paprika
1/2 cup of rice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dried mint
2 tbsp butter
Add the yogurt, flour, salt, and lemon juice to a large pot and stir for 5 minutes without cooking.
Add the egg yolk then stir for 2 minutes. Then add warm water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Then add the rice and keep cooking on low heat, stir.
Put olive oil and butter in a pan, then add paprika, and dried mint and cook for 5 minutes, stir.
Add the spicy mixture you have prepared in the pan to the soup and mix it.
Tips: A beautiful consistency is obtained if the soup is made with strained yogurt.
