Ingredients

1 piece of beef tripe
6 cups of warm water
4 tbsp white flour
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp salt
1 lemon
For the sauce;
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp grape vinegar
Taste chili flakes

Instructions

Add the tripe and water to a pressure cooker and cook for 40-45 minutes.

Then set the tripe aside and let it cool but also keep the water.

Put the tripe's boiling water in a large pot on low heat then add chopped tripe.

Add yogurt, lemon juice, and flour to a pan then add 2 tbsp cold water and stir.

Add 4-5 tbsp tripe broth to the sauce then stir again.

Add the sauce to the tripe broth slowly and stir at the same time.

Cook a little bit more then add salt.

For the sauce;

Crush the garlic then add grape vinegar, and mix it.

Tip: Add the prepared sauce to it while serving the soup in the bowl. Not in the pot.
