Ingredients

4 grated carrots
4 tbsp raw walnuts
4 tbsp high-fat yoghurt
½ bunch of dill
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 lemon juice
1 tsp salt

Instructions

Mix the grated carrots with lemon juice, chopped walnuts, and salt, and stir them well.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, crushed garlic, and chopped dill.

Place the carrots on a plate, pour the yogurt on it, and mix.

Spread the salad evenly on the plate, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
