Ingredients

2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
A pinch of parsley
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic

FOR THE SAUCE
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp pepper paste
½ tbsp sumac (can be omitted)
1 tsp chili pepper
1 tbsp dried peppermint
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste

FOR THE DRESSING
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
A drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

Put all the vegetables in a food processor and run it for a few seconds.

Put all the sauce ingredients in the processor and mix everything for another while, until everything is blended. Just make sure it doesn’t become too mushy.

Put Ezme on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and molasses.
