Ingredients

1 onion
4 tomatoes
2 small green peppers (whichever kind you like)
3 cucumbers
1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a salad bowl.

Cut the cucumbers into 4 horizontal pieces and chop them into small cubes and add them to the tomatoes in the bowl.

Chop the green peppers and onion. Add them to the bowl.

Cut the parsley into tiny pieces (or run them through the food processor) and add to the salad.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt, and mix all the ingredients with a spoon.

Serve and enjoy!
