200 gr ground beef
1/2 cup of bulgur
1 egg
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
½ tbsp cumin
½ tbsp chili flakes
½ tbsp dried mint
½ tbsp paprika
½ tbsp black pepper
½ tbsp salt

1 cup of yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp flour

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp dried mint


Put the small diced onions and minced garlic in a large bowl. Then add ground beef, egg, cumin, chili flakes, dried mint, paprika, black pepper, and salt and knead it well.

Make the meatballs into small balls. Sprinkle a little flour on a wide tray and lay the meatballs on top of the flour.

Put 6 cups of hot water in a large pot.

Put the yogurt, flour, and egg in a bowl and mix it. Then take a cup of warm water in it and mix it again then pour the seasoning into the large pot, and keep stirring until boiling.

After boiling, add the meatballs, and salt and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

For the sauce: Put butter, and olive oil in a pan and cook for 2 minutes then add the dried mint.

Then add the sauce to the soup and serve!
