5-6 Red Bell Peppers
½ bunch of parsley
½ bunch of dill
½ bunch of green onions
FOR THE SAUCE
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Lemon to taste
2 cloves of garlic
Preheat the oven to 225 C / 450 F degrees and roast the red peppers and garlic.
Add chopped parsley, dill, and green onions to a large bowl.
For the sauce;
Mix it all in a different bowl then add the roasted garlic. Set aside.
Peel the red peppers first then chop them into the bowl. Then add the sauce on top.
