Ingredients

2 cups of dried navy bean
1 onion
1 tomato
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

FOR THE SAUCE
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Lemon to taste

Instructions

Put the beans in a large pot the night before and fill it with water until half full.

The next day, add the salt and sugar then cook on low heat until beans are al dente. Drain the water and let the beans cool. 

Add the beans to a bowl then add the julienne onions, chopped parsley, and diced tomatoes.

Then add the sauce.

Enjoy!

Tip: If you like Tahini, you may add 1/2 cup of Tahini and Piyaz will be your daily salad!
