3 fillet salmon
1/2 cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
½ bunch of fresh oregano
½ bunch of dill (or parsley)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp fresh black pepper
Add the fillet salmons to a large bowl and then add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Put the marinated salmons on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve on top with thinly chopped oregano and thinly chopped dill (or parsley).
Tips: The only important point for salmon baked in the oven is that the fish remains juicy. Therefore, be careful not to cook it for too long. Cooking on the fanless program will help keep the fish juicy.
