200 gr beef for stewing
1 tbsp butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ tbsp red pepper paste
1 cup of water
Salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste
Put the stewing beef in a small pot and simmer it until the meat releases its water.
After the meat’s water evaporates, add the chopped onion and garlic cloves. Add butter and stir well.
Cut the potatoes into medium-sized chunks and put them in a medium-sized pot.
Add oil. Fry them for about 5 minutes.
Pour the meat over the potatoes.
Mix the tomato and pepper paste with one glass of water in a bowl and stir until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour it over the potatoes.
You may add more water if the sauce is too thick.
Add the spices.
Cook on low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.
