Ingredients

500 gr beef liver or lamb liver
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
2 cloves of garlic

Instructions

Chop the liver into the small cubes and put it in a large bowl then add olive oil, cumin, black pepper, salt, and minced garlic.

Mix thoroughly, cover with a lid and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
