1 cup of %36 whipping cream
400-500gr white or cremini mushrooms
3½ cups of water
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tbsp salt
½ black pepper
½ bunch of parsley
Put olive oil and butter in a large pot and add the diced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Then add diced mushrooms and cook until the water is evaporated.
Add flour and stir for 3-4 minutes more then add the cream and cook on medium heat until boiling. After boiling add water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes then add salt and chopped parsley and you can serve!
