Chicken broth balances and increases the energy of the body. While the nutritional value of chicken broth increases with vegetables added to it while preparing soup, it also contributes to body resistance with its rich valuable protein. It contributes to the production of white blood cells, which are important for the defense mechanism of the organism.
250 gr chicken breast
1/2 cup of pasta vermicelli (you can also use rice)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flour
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp chili flakes
½ tbsp black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
½ bunch of celery leaves
*Chicken broth (you'll get it from the first ingredient)
Put the chicken breast in a large pot and boil it with water until fully cooked.
Separate the chicken breast, let it cool and keep the chicken broth in a pot.
Put olive oil in a pan and add the diced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Then add diced carrots, diced potatoes, minced garlic, and chopped celery leaves. Stir for 2 minutes, then add flour and keep stirring until vegetables are soft.
Then take all the veggies into the chicken broth's pot, then add chopped chicken breasts. Add chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
Cook 15-20 minutes more and serve as hot!
