Ingredients

2 cups of thin bulgur
1½ cups of hot water
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup of olive oil
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup pomegranate molasses
½ bunch of green onions
½ bunch of parsley
½ bunch of fresh mint leaves
2 lemons

Instructions

Put the bulgur in a large pot and add hot water. Let it rest until the bulgur swells.

Stir until you have grain by grain.

Add tomato paste and olive oil and stir gently. Then add fresh lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and pomegranate molasses.

Gently stir again. Then add chopped green onions and parsley.
