It lowers bad cholesterol due to its fiber content. In infertility, the iron level is extremely high and regulates blood sugar. It is extremely useful and nutritious, it satisfies the need for folic acid in infertile, pregnant women and babies.
2 cups of thin bulgur
1½ cups of hot water
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup of olive oil
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup pomegranate molasses
½ bunch of green onions
½ bunch of parsley
½ bunch of fresh mint leaves
Put the bulgur in a large pot and add hot water. Let it rest until the bulgur swells.
Stir until you have grain by grain.
Add tomato paste and olive oil and stir gently. Then add fresh lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and pomegranate molasses.
Gently stir again. Then add chopped green onions and parsley.
Tips: If you dry all the greens completely and use it like that, the Bulgur Salad will be tastier.
