Ingredients

500 gr beef striploin steak
3 medium-sized potatoes
5 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, oregano, and chili flakes to taste
Sunflower oil to fry

TO MARINADE
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Oregano, ground cumin

FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt

Instructions

Cut the meat julienne style and put it in a deep bowl.

Thinly chop the onion and the garlic and add them to the meat.

Add 4 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of vinegar, oregano, and cumin to taste. Mix everything and set it aside.

In a small frying pan, put 1 tbsp of olive oil, and tomato paste and stir. Add 3 grated tomatoes and a bit of salt. Cook the sauce for about 5-10 minutes and set aside.

Cook the marinated meat in a pot. Add the salt and spices and cook for 2 more minutes.

On the other side, peel the potatoes, shred, and fry them in a pan.

Put the yogurt in a bowl and give it a whisk. Add crushed onions if you like. Add a bit of salt.

Put the fried potatoes on a big plate, and pour the whisked yogurt on top of it. Add the tomato sauce, and lastly the meat on top, and serve.
