Atom, which contains a lot of vitamin C, is an excellent side dish. It cleanses all the intestines and soothes the stomach.
2½ cups of yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
6 dried cayenne pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp paprika powder
Mix yogurt, salt, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
Melt butter in a small frying pan, and add olive oil.
Cut the cayenne peppers into small pieces, add paprika and stir in melted butter until fried. Set aside.
Put the yogurt on a plate, flatten it with the back of a spoon, add the butter and peppers on top and serve.
