Ingredients

500 gr beef sirloin steak
5 eggplants
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp pepper paste
1 cup yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp salt

Instructions

Roast eggplants for about 25-30 minutes on a grill (or in an oven).

Put the butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Add the minced onion and stir until the onions are pale. Add the julienned beef and stir until fully cooked.

Add tomato paste, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes to the onion-meat mix, stir it and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with crushed garlic. Stir until creamy. Peel the eggplant, cut it into thin pieces, and mix it with yogurt.

Lay the eggplant dish on a plate, add the beef on top, decorate with parsley and serve.
